Hannah McKernan.
Founder & Interior Design Director
A designer’s perspective. An investor’s priorities.
Hannah founded Solstizio with one focus: short-term rentals that guests actually remember. She holds a B.A. from Kent State and earned her Certified Hospitality Designer credential through Parsons School of Design in New York, where she also completed continuing education. She is now completing a master’s in hospitality design at LABASAD in Barcelona.
She brings 8 years of short-term rental design experience, including her work as the designer for Resort Style Vacation Homes, turning large residential estates into amenity-driven vacation properties built to compete with five-star resorts.
Hannah leads a professionally trained, degreed team, and every project has a lead designer from the first concept to the photo-ready walkthrough.
