Turnkey short-term rental design
Airbnb interior design, start to finish.
Turnkey design for Airbnbs and vacation rentals, from the first concept to the last styled shelf. Scottsdale-based, degree-trained designers, working with investors nationwide.

What is Airbnb interior design?
Design for a property that guests rent by the night, not a home its owner lives in.
Airbnb interior design is interior design for a short-term rental. The brief is different from a residence: every room has to photograph well in a listing, hold up to constant turnover, and give guests a reason to choose this property over the one next to it. Style matters, but so do durable fabrics, easy-to-clean surfaces, and a layout that works for people who have never seen the space before.
At Solstizio, Airbnb and vacation rental interior design is a complete, turnkey service. We plan each space, choose the furniture and finishes, order through our trade partners and select retailers, track the deliveries, and install and style the property so it is photo-ready and guest-ready on day one. Our founder, Hannah McKernan, is a Certified Hospitality Designer with eight years of short-term rental design experience, and a lead designer guides every project.

Everything a listing needs, under one plan.
You hand us the property. We take it to market-ready. Your proposal defines the exact deliverables, and any work involving outside trades is called out before we begin.

- Furniture, finishes, lighting, and styling selections
- Procurement, shipment tracking, and warehouse inspection
- On-site assembly, placement, and final styling

Designed for guests. Built for owners.
A short-term rental has to do two jobs at once: win the booking and survive it.
- 01
Rooms that sell the listing.
Guests choose on photos. We plan each space around how it will read in the listing and how it feels the moment someone walks in.
- 02
Furnishings that survive turnover.
Wherever the budget allows, we specify performance-based furnishings chosen for durability and easy cleaning, not just for how they look on delivery day.
- 03
One team from concept to keys.
No chasing vendors or installers. Every project has a lead designer, and the same team that designs the space sets it up.

Where we work
Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with projects from California to Florida.
A few spaces we’ve brought to life.
A few good questions.
All your questions, answeredHow much does Airbnb interior design cost?
It depends on the number of rooms, the condition of the property, and the level of furnishing it needs. A one-bedroom refresh and a six-bedroom turnkey launch are very different projects. Share your property, goals, and a working budget range in the intake form and we’ll reply with a tailored scope and proposal. Our Investment page walks through what shapes the number.
How long does a turnkey Airbnb design project take?
Usually about six weeks when no construction is involved. Projects move through three phases: about two weeks for design direction, four weeks for procurement, and one week for installation. Product availability and any renovation work can extend that, so we confirm a realistic schedule with you before the project begins.
Do you design vacation rentals outside Arizona?
Yes. Solstizio is based in Scottsdale and designs for investors across the United States, with completed projects from California to Florida. Tell us where the property is and we’ll discuss any on-site needs once we’ve reviewed your inquiry.
Can you work with furniture I already own?
Tell us what you’re starting with. We’ll look at what to keep, what to rethink, and how the design scope can work around the pieces that stay.
Do I need to know my design style before we start?
No. Start with the property and your business goals. We’ll shape a design direction that fits the space, the market, and the guests you want to attract.
You have the property.

Tell us what you’re working on. We’ll take it from there.
