In our clients’ own words.
From day one, they handled everything, design, setup, logistics, and all the small details that most people overlook when launching an Airbnb. What stood out the most was how truly hands-off the entire process was for me. I didn’t have to chase anything down or micromanage. They came in with a clear plan, executed it at a high level, and delivered a finished product that looked and felt like a premium listing from day one. They don’t just set up a property, they build something that’s actually positioned to perform.
This is the second time we’ve worked with Solstizio Studios, and once again, they completely exceeded our expectations. Their team handled every detail of our Airbnb design with a level of professionalism and creativity that’s hard to find. Every room feels intentional and perfectly on brand for our property.
We have worked with Hannah on a long term basis. She has transformed many properties in our portfolio. Hannah and her team are easy to work with, and have a beautiful eye for design.
Solstizio made my tiny home a cozy vacation bungalow — they got me to market fast with everything it needed.
What an amazing service. They were very much a white glove service, coordinating and communicating with me every step of the way when setting up the furnishing for my place. I could not recommend them enough!
If you’re looking for a professional group who pay attention to details and go above and beyond to deliver quality services, and most importantly, treat your project with care, Solstizio Studio is perfect for you.

Still wondering about something? Call us at 936.444.3158 and we’ll talk it through.
All your questions, answeredWhat kinds of properties do you work on?
Our focus is turnkey short-term rental design, including Airbnbs and vacation rentals. We also work with investors on remodels and flips, properties being staged for sale, and boutique hospitality projects.
Do you take projects outside Scottsdale?
Yes. Solstizio is based in Scottsdale and designs for clients across the United States. We’ll discuss the property location and any on-site needs once we’ve reviewed your inquiry.
What does turnkey design include?
Turnkey means you hand us the property and we take it to market-ready: design, sourcing, and final setup under one coordinated plan. Your proposal will define the exact deliverables and any work involving outside trades.
How quickly can my project be ready?
Speed is a priority for our studio. Most projects are photo-ready in about six weeks when no construction is involved. Your timeline will depend on the property, scope, product availability, and any renovation work, and we’ll talk through a realistic schedule before the project begins.
How much should I budget?
Every property is different. We’ll consider the number of spaces, current condition, scope of work, furnishings, and installation needs before preparing a tailored proposal.
You have the property.
